Our client is one of the major real estate players in Asia, having presence in the region and investing in multiple asset classes. The Talent Acquisition Lead will oversee and drive the company’s hiring strategy and talent acquisition processes, ensuring they attract, select, and retain top talent aligned with their company values and objectives. This role will lead the talent acquisition team, develop effective sourcing and recruitment strategies, and partner closely with leadership to fulfill current and future hiring needs.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with department heads to understand workforce needs and create hiring strategies that align with business goals.
- Develop and maintain a robust talent pipeline for critical roles by identifying future hiring needs.
- Manage, coach, and develop a team of recruiters and coordinators to meet hiring targets and optimize recruitment performance.
- Set goals, KPIs, and standards for the team to ensure a seamless hiring experience for candidates and hiring managers.
- Oversee sourcing strategies, including active and passive candidate search techniques, to attract a diverse pool of talent.
- Establish and maintain relationships with external recruitment agencies, job boards, universities, and professional networks.
- Streamline and standardize the recruitment and interview processes across the organization, ensuring an inclusive and fair experience.
- Implement and manage the use of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) to track applicants, report on metrics, and ensure compliance.
-Conduct or oversee screening, interviewing, and assessments, ensuring candidates align with both skill requirements and cultural fit.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to strengthen and promote the employer brand through digital platforms, career fairs, social media, and other channels.
- Drive employee referral programs and other internal initiatives to enhance employer branding.
- Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-hire, cost-per-hire, quality-of-hire, and offer acceptance rate) to measure the effectiveness of recruitment activities.
- Provide regular updates and reports to the leadership team on talent acquisition progress and challenges.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or relevant certifications (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus.
- Experience: 5+ years of talent acquisition experience, with at least 2 years in a team lead or managerial role.
- Strong understanding of full-cycle recruiting and sourcing techniques, including digital and non-digital channels.
- Demonstrated experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (e.g., Workday, Greenhouse) and recruitment software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with an ability to influence stakeholders at various levels.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute talent acquisition strategies.
Knowledge of employment laws and best practices in hiring and recruiting.
