We are currently working with one of the leading real estate group specializing in property development, investment, hospitality, and management across residential, commercial, retail, and hospitality sectors in search for an Assistant Manager for Marketing. Do note that this is a 6 months contract role
Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement marketing strategies and campaigns to achieve business objectives.
- Oversee the creation and execution of digital and traditional marketing initiatives, including social media, email campaigns, SEO/SEM, content creation, and offline promotions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Sales, Operations, and Product Development, to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Manage relationships with external vendors, agencies, and partners to ensure quality and timely delivery of marketing materials.
- Conduct market research and analyse consumer trends to identify opportunities for growth.
- Track and report on campaign performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
- Plan and manage the marketing budget to ensure optimal ROI.
- Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.
Key requirements:
- A degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in marketing, with at least 2 years in a supervisory role.
- Proven track record in planning and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinking with attention to detail and an ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience in real estate, hospitality, or lifestyle sectors is a plus.
