We are currently working with a renowned Real Estate operator in seeking an experienced HR Business Partner to provide strategic HR support to our business, ensuring alignment of people, compensation, and development strategies with corporate objectives. The successful candidate will have a strong background in HR, excellent communication skills, and the ability to balance business needs with employee needs.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Strategy and Planning
- Act as a strong HR Business Partner to the business, delivering a broad range of HR initiatives and programs
- Review and propose amendments to HR services, offerings, and processes to ensure competitiveness
- Manage overall compensation and benefits, salary structure, and manpower budgeting
- Conduct compensation benchmarking, position classification, job evaluation, and analysis
- Make recommendations on compensation matters, considering market competitiveness, company philosophy, and internal equity
- Administer performance management system and handle staff disciplinary matters
- Serve as the main contact person between the company and the Union, handling employee relations matters
- Devise and execute recruitment strategies with hiring managers
- Utilize various methods to source and screen candidates, including social media and referrals
- Manage onboarding administrative matters and welcome new hires with a 1st-day induction program
- Process resignations/transfers and follow through the entire offboarding process, including tax clearance for foreign staff
- Propose changes to management on policies and procedures to attract and retain talent
- Ensure HR compliance with relevant business policies, ethical standards, legal obligations, and legislations
- Gather ground sensing on people-related needs and be the employee advocate, balancing business needs with employee needs
Key Requirements:
- Degree in HR or related discipline
- Minimum 10 years of related HR experience, with the past 5 years at management level
- Preferably in the property management industry
- Strong working knowledge of Singapore employment laws and practices
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to engage internal and external stakeholders
