Key Responsibilities:
- Project Leadership: Provide strategic direction, leadership, and oversight for multiple real estate projects, ensuring they are executed efficiently, on time, and within budget.
- Team Management: Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of project managers and consultants, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work environment.
- Client Relationship Management: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and delivering tailored solutions to exceed their expectations.
- Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including scope, schedule, and budget, and ensure adherence to project objectives and milestones.
- Risk Management: Identify and mitigate project risks, proactively addressing challenges to ensure successful project outcomes.
- Quality Assurance: Uphold the highest standards of quality in project delivery, with a focus on excellence and continuous improvement.
- Financial Management: Manage project budgets, financial forecasting, and cost control measures to maximize profitability.
- Reporting and Communication: Provide regular project updates and reports to clients, stakeholders, and senior management, maintaining transparency and open communication channels.
- Resource Allocation: Effectively allocate resources, both human and financial, to optimize project performance.

Key Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven experience (7+ years) in real estate project management, with a successful track record of leading project teams.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop team members.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills.
- Proficiency in project management software and tools.
- PMP, PgMP, or similar project management certifications are a plus.
