As a Condominium Manager, you will oversee the daily operations, maintenance, and management of assigned residential properties, ensuring smooth functionality and compliance with regulations.

Key Responsibilities:
- Staff & Operations Management: Supervise and guide on-site teams, ensuring high service standards and smooth day-to-day operations.
- Facilities & Maintenance: Plan and oversee preventive maintenance, repairs, and improvement projects for building upkeep.
- Financial & Administrative Duties: Assist in budgeting, expenditure control, procurement, and vendor management.
- Resident & Stakeholder Engagement: Address resident concerns, enforce by-laws, and conduct meetings with the Management Corporation (MCST).
- Project & Compliance Oversight: Ensure all maintenance works comply with the Building Maintenance & Strata Management (BMSM) Act and other relevant regulations.
- Technical & Emergency Response: Lead technicians in troubleshooting and handle urgent building issues effectively.
Key Requirements:
- Education: Professional Certificate, Diploma, or Degree in Estate Management, Facilities Management, or related fields.
- Experience: Prior experience in managing condominiums, industrial, or commercial properties.
- Skills: Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Knowledge of MCST regulations and the BMSM Act is essential.
- Attributes: Proactive, self-driven, and able to manage multiple properties effectively.
