We are working with a SGX-listed, well-established, diversified real estate group with a strong footprint across Asia-Pacific, including Australia. As part of their continued growth in the region, we are partnering exclusively with them to identify a capable and experienced HR Manager to lead their human capital strategy and operations in Australia.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and hands-on HR professional to join a dynamic organization and drive the full spectrum of HR functions across business units in Australia.
Key Responsibilities:
- Partner with senior leadership to align HR strategies with business objectives.
- Lead and manage end-to-end HR operations including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and employee relations.
- Review, implement, and localize HR policies in compliance with Australian employment law.
- Manage compensation and benefits frameworks to ensure competitiveness and compliance.
- Drive employee engagement, culture building, and talent development initiatives.
- Lead internal communications and change management efforts to support organizational goals.
- Act as a trusted advisor to managers on workforce planning, coaching, and conflict resolution.
- Maintain accurate HR data and reports through HRIS and other platforms.
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 7 years of HR Experience
- Solid understanding of Australian employment law and HR compliance.
- Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a regional or matrix environment.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience within hospitality industry with knowledge of HIGA will be a plus
