- Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy that supports our business objectives and fosters a positive, inclusive workplace culture.

- Lead talent management initiatives, including recruitment, development, and retention of top talent.

- Oversee regional HR operations, ensuring compliance with local labor laws and regulations.

Key Requirements:
- 8+ years of experience in HR leadership roles, preferably in a creative or design industry.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to build strong relationships with employees, leadership, and external partners.
- Passion for understanding of how HR can support business objectives through workplace strategy.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with ability to drive data-driven HR initiatives.
