Key Responsibilities:
- Lead the construction management process, from design to completion, ensuring that projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and consultants to ensure that all stakeholders are aligned and working towards the same goals
- Oversee the preparation and submission of proposals, tenders, and cost estimates, ensuring that they are accurate and comprehensive
- Conduct quality assurance inspections and monitor construction progress to ensure that projects are meeting the required standards
- Identify, assess, and mitigate risks to the project's success, developing and implementing strategies to minimize costs and ensure timely completion
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, consultants, contractors, and suppliers, to ensure that all parties are informed and aligned
Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or equivalent
- More than 10 years of experience in project construction management in Indonesia, with experience working with Japanese general contractors or sub-contractors and managing complex construction projects
- Proven ability to plan, schedule, and oversee all phases of the construction process, manage project budgets, and minimize costs
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, negotiation skills, and ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Ability to identify, assess, and mitigate risks, and adapt quickly to unexpected issues that arise during the project
