Key Responsibilities:
- Manage contract documentation and ensure compliance
- Prepare tender submissions and conduct measurement take-offs
- Oversee running projects, ensuring timely completion and budget adherence
- Review subcontractor quotations for completeness and accuracy
- Maintain organized project documents and files
- Collaborate with superiors and perform assigned tasks
- Ensure signed subcontractor/supplier agreements and works orders
- Undertake ad-hoc duties as assigned
Key Requirements
- Degree/Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Building, or equivalent
- Minimum 2 years of experience in construction, preferably in HDB home improvement projects
- Strong knowledge of market trends and construction cost updates
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
