Our client is a leading global real asset manager, headquartered and listed in Singapore, oversees a substantial asset base and funds under management across various regions, including Asia Pacific, Europe, and the USA. The firm managed S$134 billion in assets and S$100 billion in funds through multiple investment vehicles, including listed trusts and private funds. Their diverse portfolio spans retail, office, lodging, business parks, industrial, logistics, self-storage, and data centers.


Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in developing investment strategies
- Source and identify investment opportunities
- Independently lead and execute deals, including financial modeling, feasibility studies, investment proposals, due diligence, structuring, negotiation, and securing investment approval
- Collaborate with colleagues and external consultants to gather necessary inputs from various disciplines (asset management, tax, finance, legal, technical) for investment proposals
- Conduct post-acquisition analysis

Key Requirements:
- Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business, or equivalent
- 10 to 15 years of relevant real estate experience
- Proven track record of deals in international markets
- Strong financial and business acumen, self-motivated, and capable of working independently
- Experience in property acquisitions and development
- Exposure to industrial or office properties is advantageous
