We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team at a leading corporate interior design firm here in Singapore. The ideal candidate will be responsible for expanding our client base and promoting our corporate interior design and build services to new and existing customers.


Key responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to identify, target, and secure corporate clients for our interior design services
- Expand the company's market share in the corporate interior design sector
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions to promote our services
- Create and manage new business opportunities for mid to high-end commercial interior design, fit-out, and furniture products and services
- Oversee business development and client relationship management
- Collaborate with the design team to understand and communicate our unique blend of artistic vision and scientific approach to potential clients
- Develop and implement marketing strategies to promote our interior design services
- Maintain a deep understanding of market trends and competitor activities in the corporate interior design industry

Key qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Interior Design, or a related field
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, preferably in the architecture, design, or corporate real estate sectors
- Strong knowledge of the corporate interior design industry and current market trends
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
