We are seeking a Commercial Analyst to join a global Data Centre Operator, reporting to the Senior Commercial Manager. As a Commercial Analyst, you will play a key role in driving business growth and development by engaging in various commercial activities, building relationships with internal and external customers, and providing financial analysis and market insights.


Key Responsibilities:
- Engage in all aspects of commercial activities, including market intelligence, customer proposals, and market expansion strategy
- Build and coordinate relationships with internal and external customers, including real estate companies, consultants, and key customers
- Work cross-functionally with various teams to develop customer proposals and business cases
- Build and run financial models to advise on pricing and commercial terms
- Assist in negotiating commercial terms and drafting legal documentation
- Lead market analysis and competitive intelligence for existing and expansion markets
- Assist in business planning activities, including assessing international expansion markets and target customers

Key Requirements:
- MBA/CA/CFA qualification or tertiary qualifications in Law/Business/Commerce Economics or similar relevant field
- 3-5+ years' experience in data centre, real estate, infrastructure sector or strategy consulting
- Strong quantitative and financial analysis capabilities
- Strong Excel and PowerPoint skills for reporting to senior management
- Exceptionally flexible and forward-thinking, with the ability to adapt to continuous change
- A great teammate, pro-active and results-focused, with the ability to anticipate needs and be assertive and highly accountable
- Passionate about helping to grow a business in its early development phase
