We are seeking an experienced MPE Cost Manager to join our team, responsible for managing and controlling costs associated with mechanical, plumbing, and electrical systems in our data centers.

The MPE Cost Manager will be responsible for Developing and managing cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for MPE systems, Conducting cost-benefit analyses and providing recommendations for cost optimization, Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure accurate cost planning and control
Managing and tracking expenses, identifying variances, and implementing corrective actions, Ensuring compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain detailed cost estimates, budgets, and forecasts for MPE systems
- Conduct site visits to gather information, assess conditions, and identify opportunities for cost savings
- Analyze and compare costs, identifying trends, anomalies, and areas for improvement
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure accurate cost planning and control
- Manage and track expenses, identifying variances and implementing corrective actions
- Develop and implement cost-saving initiatives, ensuring minimal impact on data center operations
- Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements

Key Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field
- Minimum 8 years of experience in cost management, with a focus on MPE systems
- Proven track record of cost savings and optimization
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
- Experience with data center operations, design, and construction
- Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices
- Professional certification in cost engineering or management (e.g., CCE, CCM)
- Experience with cost management software and tools (e.g., MS Excel, SAP, Procore)
- Knowledge of data center design and operations standards (e.g., TIA-942, Uptime Institute)
