They are on a look out for a project management professional with a strong architectural background to join the team. Key Responsibilities:
- Project management: Supervising the conception to completion of data centre facility planning, design, and construction.
- Budgeting and Cost Control: creating project budgets, keeping an eye on spending, and putting cost-cutting strategies into action while making sure quality requirements are satisfied.
- Schedule management: making and keeping track of project timetables, working with vendors and contractors to guarantee that construction milestones are completed on time.
 

Key Requirements:
- Architectural design background.
- First-class registered architect in Japan
- Work Experience in Hyperscale Data Center Design & Construction projects in Japan or relevant experience.
- Communicate effectively in Japanese & English languages, strong verbal and written communication skills.
